Last updated: April 1, 2026
1. General provisions
These Terms set out the rules for using the online store and the souveil service, available at https://souveil.com/terms/ ("Store"). The Store is operated by Tag Concierge sp. z o.o., KRS 0001056414, Sarego 18, apt. 1, 31–047 Kraków, Poland ("Administrator"). By using the Store (ordering or registering), the Customer declares that they have read and accepted these Terms.
Prices (souveil.com). Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the product or checkout, prices listed on souveil.com are in EUR and include applicable VAT; the final amount due is shown at the Paddle checkout summary.

2. Products and subscription
The subject of the contract is the digital souveil services (among others: the Save the Date announcement page, RSVP, guest communication modules, gallery, and couple's panel) — provided online, without installable CMS add-ons ("Products").
Products may be offered under an annual subscription model with recurring billing at checkout.
During an active subscription, the Customer benefits from updates and functional changes within the scope paid for, as described at purchase.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, the billing period is 12 months from the date of purchase; the next period depends on renewal according to the pricing at renewal and on the recurring billing settings at Paddle.
We notify Customers of planned material price changes no later than 30 days before the change takes effect, or within another period if mandatorily required by subscription or digital-content law. After the subscription expires, access to some features or downloads may be disabled as described at purchase; access can be regained by placing a new order where this is possible.
Typically, one purchase covers one wedding event / one service space, unless the offer states otherwise.
The demo environment (if available) is subject to separate limitations described on the page; it may require an account and additional consent to commercial contact.

3. Placing an order
An order requires accurate information and successful completion of the Paddle checkout flow. Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, where technically possible.
Within 24 hours of order placement, we confirm receipt (usually by email), provided the inbox is reachable.
The parties are bound by the price shown at checkout at the time of order placement and the Paddle confirmation, except in case of an obvious system error.
For payment settlement through Paddle, the Administrator may refuse or cancel an order for cause (e.g., abuse prevention, lack of settlement). Card capture or recurring payment are subject to Paddle settings and the communication sent at purchase.

4. Payment and order fulfillment
Payments are processed by Paddle (incl. card and country-dependent methods). Fulfillment follows after payment is recorded under Paddle's MoR rules. If, within about 5 business days, the order remains unpaid at checkout, the order may be canceled.
After payment, the Customer obtains access to the Products according to onboarding — usually via the email used at order and in the panel. VAT and documents: tax documents are issued in accordance with applicable regulations and the Paddle model; please provide complete billing information and consent to electronic documentation where permitted.

5. Complaints, withdrawal, refunds
Complaints regarding the Store/Products: through the form at https://souveil.com/contact/ or hello@souveil.com. We recommend including the order number and a description of the problem; where relevant — also the scope of Products covered by the complaint.
We aim to respond within about 14 days of receiving the complete information, unless law or an authority indicates a different period or further inquiry is needed.
The Consumer benefits from the statutory right of withdrawal and the exceptions for digital content / started performance under consumer law (including local consumer-protection authorities) and the communications at checkout when the service is activated. Additional voluntary refund rules: https://souveil.com/refund/; subscription renewals may be disabled outside of statutory obligations as described there.

7. Services provided electronically
We make available free of charge, among others, browsing the offer presentation (where publicly visible), the search where active, and account maintenance upon registration for purchase or demo. The newsletter is subject to separate consents; you can unsubscribe via the link in the message or notification per the communication footer. Paid Products are paid digital services within the meaning of applicable e-services laws; prices at souveil.com are in EUR as described in §1 where the souveil.com Store applies.
8. Account
An account at purchase is created during onboarding handled by email and the provider's authentication service.
Sign-in is via a link mechanism or another method communicated in the first message / panel — see the sign-in instructions after purchase. To request account deletion: hello@souveil.com — under mandatory retentions, billing documents may remain regardless of the panel.
Demo accounts are subject to their own communications and limits.

9. Protected content and scope of use
The Souveil software, visual-textual templates, and layout are protected by intellectual property rights vested in the Administrator or its licensors. Payment of the price grants a personal, non-transferable (beyond statutory exceptions) right to use the Products within the scope of the offer at purchase — without sublicensing without written consent. Prohibited are, among others, decompilation aimed at preparing a competing replicable service to the Administrator's detriment, circumvention of protections, and distribution of components closed at the API beyond the granted license.
10. Personal data
Data processing rules and cookies are described in the Privacy Policy: https://souveil.com/privacy/.
11. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The Consumer may use out-of-court methods of complaint resolution, including, among others, permanent consumer arbitration courts, the Trade Inspection regional inspector, the EU online ODR platform ODR EU, and consumer protection bodies; information at relevant consumer protection sites and local consumer ombudsmen.
The Administrator notes the possibility of mediation — the parties will agree on the details separately.

12. Final provisions
The Administrator may amend the Terms in case of material changes in law or in the manner of service delivery (including Paddle payments affecting these provisions). The current consolidated Terms will be published in the Store at least 14 days before the change takes effect, or earlier if mandatorily required by applicable subscription or digital-content rules.
If a single provision is repealed or rendered ineffective, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
Planned technical breaks are announced in advance where possible.
Liability toward consumers applies to the extent required by statute. In B2B relations, contractual liability limitations may apply only within the scope permitted by law.
Contracts communicated through the Store are concluded in Polish or English depending on the choice and the product presentation; for consumers residing in Poland, Polish law generally applies, subject to mandatorily applied protective rules of EU member states in pan-European sales. These Terms apply to orders placed from April 1, 2026.
