What couples usually ask.

Do guests have to install an app?
No. After scanning the QR code, they open souveil in their phone's browser — no App Store or Google Play download. It works like a regular website; they can add a shortcut to their home screen if they want, but it's not required.
You're new — what does that mean for us?
We're opening up to our first couples in the 2026 season. That means you get our full attention — same-day replies to messages, details tailored to your wedding, and live support on the day itself. Pricing is locked for this season — future years will be more expensive.
What does the purchase look like? When do we get access?
After paying for the package, you have access to the panel within a few minutes. Save the Date and RSVP you can turn on right away. The wedding-day app you activate and configure yourself in the panel whenever you want; we'll help with setup if you need it.
What payment methods are supported?
Card or PayPal — the exact options depend on country and show up at the secure Paddle checkout.
Can we change our address after purchase?
After you set the address, changes go through support. We'll check whether the new name is available, switch it on your side, and take care of the redirect so guests don't land in the void.
How long is the gallery stored?
We keep the gallery for one year from your wedding day, with no extra fees. During that time you can download all the photos in one bundle and keep them on your own. We don't delete galleries without notice.
Can we connect our own domain?
Yes. Instead of "your-names.souveil.wedding," you can use your own domain. We'll walk you through the setup step by step and make sure everything works before you send the address to guests.
How many photos can we upload?
No limit on the number of photos or storage. We know that after the wedding you want as many shots, short videos, and small moments from guests as possible, so we don't make you pick during the party. The post-wedding bundle contains originals, not compressed files.
How does the QR code for wedding guests work?
You print the QR code on place cards, menus, a sign at the entrance, or table cards. A guest scans it with their phone and goes straight to the wedding app: the timeline, photo gallery, guestbook, interactive games, and song suggestions.
How do we collect photos from guests after the wedding?
Guests add photos through the QR gallery during the wedding or after. You see every photo from guests in one place, can pick which ones to show others, and download all the files in one bundle.
Can we use souveil for RSVP only, or just the gallery?
Yes. The package covers the whole ecosystem, but you can run only the parts you need: online RSVP before the wedding, the wedding-day app, or just the QR photo gallery.
Can we send the RSVP request by email or SMS?
Yes. In RSVP you can send guests a confirmation request via email or SMS, and replies collect in the couple's panel alongside meal preferences, lodging, transport, and other information.
Can we request a feature or customization that isn't in the package?
Yes, we're open to it. If you have an idea that fits your wedding, write to us — we'll see if we can build it as a setting, a small customization, or add it to our roadmap.
What if the wedding is canceled or postponed?
Changing the date is free. If the wedding is canceled within 30 days of purchase and you haven't sent Save the Date or opened the gallery to guests yet, we refund the payment. In other cases, write to us — we'll find the best solution case by case.
Does souveil replace the photographer?
We don't replace the photographer — we complement them. The photographer catches the key moments: the ceremony, the portraits, the first dance. Guests, through souveil, add everything that happened on the side: the dance floor at 2 a.m., laughter at the table, small scenes. More and more photographers actively recommend this kind of tool to their couples.
How many guests does it work for?
The package has no hard guest limit — it works for intimate 30-person receptions as well as larger weddings. We load-test the app under a large number of guests scanning QR codes at once. If you're planning a wedding above 300 people, let us know — we'll check the setup for your day.
Does the app work in English if we have guests from abroad?
Yes. souveil is available in English, Polish, and Slovak. Guests open the app in their own language — in the couple's panel you decide which versions you share and which elements you want to prepare bilingually (e.g., the timeline, game instructions, gallery instructions).
What does the name souveil mean?
souveil is a blend of two words — souvenir, meaning a keepsake and a memory in one, and veil, as in the wedding veil. So: a place for every keepsake and memory from your wedding.
