Get to know souveil
Use the 30-day money-back guarantee to get to know the product without pressure. We do our best to make it clear and easy to set up. If something isn't working the way you expected — check the documentation or write through the contact form or to hello@souveil.com.
Refund request
Our policy provides a full refund within 30 days of the payment date. We count from the payment, not from the wedding day. If you reach out directly, a short note about the reason is very helpful — we want to know what we can improve.
Exclusion for live wedding use: a refund does not apply if, within those 30 days, you used souveil for the actual handling of a wedding with real guests — e.g., you sent Save the Date to real addresses, collected live RSVPs or guest logistics, turned on the wedding-day view for guests (the app), opened the gallery with real public guest access (beyond internal tests), or otherwise deployed souveil as an address or tool with live guests. Setup and testing for yourselves are fine; the exclusion covers the moment souveil starts working live with your guests.

Refund processing
We aim to process the refund as quickly as possible after confirming the conditions are met (including Paddle processes). Your bank or card issuer may show the refund only after a delay — often up to about 20 days; details at Paddle.
